How can we be sure it’s our pet ashes returned?
We are members of the APPCC and abide by a strict code of conduct. We provide only individual cremations and do not offer any mass cremation service.
How long till we get our pets ashes back?
We aim to have ashes returned within two- three days but do offer a same day service at an additional cost.
Can we visit your premises?
Yes by appointment.
How long does a cremation take?
2-4 hours usually.
Do you collect?
Yes we can collect your pet from home or your veterinary practice.
What happens to our pet before cremation?
We do not believe in freezing pets , we ensure your pet is kept comfortable within our cold store.
What is included in the cremation cost?
The cremation comes with a scatter tube of choice, a lock of hair where possible and ink paw prints .
